Yes, we offer a complimentary 30-minute exploratory session to discuss your needs and determine in what way our coaching, training, or consulting services are the right fit for you.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of coaching sessions. Please refer to our Cancellation policy in the Coaching Agreement for more details.

What is the duration of a coaching program?
The duration of a coaching program varies based on individual needs. Typically, programs range from 3 to 12 months, with sessions held weekly or bi-weekly. If you have already experienced coaching and are facing a particular challenge in your professional career, a short-term intervention could be the best choice, while if you are in the process of facing bigger and more complex challenges or decision about your leadership approach and your career, then a longer-term process would work better.

Who is behind The Napkin Coach?
The Napkin Coach was founded by Gaston Betoled, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federeration (ICF), and Certified Executive Coach by Center for Executive Coaching. He also is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) by Association for Talent Development, a Project Management Professional (PMP) by Project Management Institute (PMI), and has a background in Talent and Organizational Development. Gaston is also affiliated to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and its South Florida Chapter where he is an active volunteer in the Outreach Committee. He's also a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and its South Florida Chapter, as well as a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

How do I add a new question & answer?
To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
