Hello, I am Gaston Betoled. I am THE NAPKIN Coach

There are three things I love to do the most: learning, solving problems, and helping others.

That is why I decided to become The Napkin Coach: as a coach, a consultant, a trainer, or a blend of them, I work with leaders and organizations to help them set their destination and get there.

I am a multi-cultural global professional with more than 25 years of corporate experience in business strategy, organizational design, talent management, learning and development, among other areas.

We can work to develop your 3-5 years business plan, design strategies to build a diverse and stronger learning organization, or help you become a better leader capable of navigating the complex challenges ahead.

Together we can design tailored solutions and actionable measures to help you keep on track and reach your goals.

My goal is to help you get there, and my success is tied to your success.

About you.

Whether you are embarking in a new venture, growing your own business, or being a leader in the corporate world, you are always looking for ways to thrive at what you do and boost your career.

You are passionate about what you do and you are always looking for ways to improve, innovate, become an expert and a better leader for your team and your organization.

You know your strengths, those that helped you get you where you are today, and are also aware of the challenges and opportunities laying ahead.

You are determined to
create your future, committed to reflect about what it takes, and plan how to get there, in your own terms.

I can help you approach your current challenges, see your possibilities and the long-term picture, and ultimately, make it happen.

  The first        is on me.

Why THE NAPKIN Coach

I am from Buenos Aires, where people love to meet with friends, colleagues, business partners, and even strangers for a coffee. Then and there, we talk about anything and everything, trying to solve all the world’s problems.

Prior to cell phones and laptops, the paper napkin from the bar or café was the place to capture important conclusions, ideas, and reminders. Scribbles remain powerful. And often you needed to borrow the pen from the waiter.

That small paper required you to be wise enough with space -- just a picture, a few words or phrases, maybe a name or two. Napkins became souvenirs of important conversations to take home and debrief later. And I still have a few.

Hopefully, you agree that talking and collaborating with others is a great way to process our thoughts, unleash creativity, give way to more possibilities, and ultimately move forward and achieve our goals.

This is what The Napkin Coach is all about: helping you grow and thrive, one coffee at a time, one napkin at a time.

THE NAPKIN Coach   | Solutions

Our coaching, consulting, and training solutions aim to help individuals, teams, or organizations improve their performance, skills, and knowledge.

While coaching helps to focus on growth and development for individuals, teams and organizations, consulting contributes to solving complex problems and achieving specific goals, and ultimately training builds capabilities and capacity through knowledge and experience.

All three solutions are valuable for individuals as well as organizations, especially those looking to improve their performance and achieve their goals, and we can combine them to find the right blend for you.
